The Occupational and Environmental Toxicology Laboratory at Grenoble Alpes University Hospital meets the requirements of standard NF EN ISO 15189: 2012 (No. 8-3486 rev. 19) for the following examinations :

  • ICP-MS urinalysis of the following metals: Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium, Cobalt, Manganese, Nickel
  • LC-Fluorescence urinalysis of the following compounds: 1-hydroxypyrene
  • Urine analysis by LC-MS-MS of the following compounds: S-phenylmercapturic acid (S-PMA)

In addition, the laboratory participates in the following External Quality Assessment (EQA) programmes. :

  • G-EQUAS (Erlangen, Germany): metals and organic compounds
  • OELM (Occupational and Environmental Laboratory Medicine) : métaux
  • OSEQAS (Centre de Toxicologie du Québec): PAH metabolites

Our customers

Our laboratory responds to requests from inter-company and autonomous Occupational Health and Prevention Services (SPST), as well as companies (HSE departments). We are likely to meet the toxicological risk assessment needs of French and foreign industrial sites.
